Essential Functions

-Performs evaluations of referred students

-Supports the educational system in interacting with each student requiring occupational therapy and the teacher in the classroom setting weekly, so that optimal positioning can be devised and activities can be designed that will facilitate the integration of educational and therapeutic goals

-Writes and implements treatment programs (IEP's) approproately

-Documents systematically in students' files

-Interprets clinical reports for parents and teachers

-Supervises and evaluates occupational therapy students in an internship program, plans inservices, and particpates in the evaluation of the program

-Performs other related duties as requested or assigned
