The Behavior Counselor will collaborate with the instructional staff in a team approach to plan, implement, supervise, and monitor effective behavioral intervention plans and behavioral intervention programs designed to meet the needs of students with behavioral challenges.  The Behavior Counselor will oversee the positive behavior intervention system (PBIS) and assist with the multi-tiered system of support (MTSS).  The Behavior Counselor will also provide behavior strategies for individuals and group settings. 

Requirements:  Masters degree with at least three years experience.  Counselor endorsement 436
